The boat service operates between 6h30 and 23h00, on working days, and until 21h30, on weekends.
Out of this period, commuting to and from Lisbon downtown can still be made by train, bus or taxi. All of them close to the apartment.
Traditional market is just 50 metres away, offering fresh vegetables, meat, fish and diary.
You can also find a few small groceries nearby.
In Seixal there are about a dozen restaurants, offering not only traditional portuguese but also italian, asian, tapas, gourmet and vegetarian food.
Bus stop to the nearest oceanic beach is just across the street (20 minutes journey).
